Are you trading company or factory?

We are a professional high quality hardware manufacturer established 1987 with 30000 square meters and have about 500 employees. We accept OEM as your needs and assure the competitive price and quality for you.                      

Can I get a sample? Is it free or extra?

Sure, we could offer the sample for free charge if within 10pcs, but do not pay the cost of freight.

How about your delivery time?

Normally it will take 35-40 days after receiving your deposit. If you have special requirement on delivery time, please let us know.

What is your payment terms?

T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

What is your price term?

Ex-works and FOB terms are available. Payment<8000USD, do on Ex-works term; Payment>=8000USD, do on FOB Guangzhou term.

What is the packing for products?

We have packing options like bulk packing, individual packing (1 or 2pcs/bag), pallet packing or customized packing.

Can you make products with my logo? What is your MOQ?

Yes，We can customize logo. If make logo and brand package, MOQ is 50000pcs. If need colorful bags, then MOQ need to be 120000pcs.

How does your factory do regarding quality control?

We have professional QC team to inspect each items from the links of production to package.

What should we do if quality defects occurred after received the goods?

Please kindly send us photos or videos with detailed description by email, we will solve it for you immediately, refund or exchange will be arranged once verified.

Is it possible to load mix-products in one container？

Yes, it is available. We have different types of cabinet hinges, drawer slides, gas spring and sliding door fittings for your selecting, you can mix your favor items in one container.

What is loading capacity for 20ft container?

Normally, max loading capacity is 21 tons, the exact loading capacity depends on the furniture hardware model you choose and the import restriction policy of your country. For further information, please contact us.

Can you accept small order?

We can accept trail order without logo customization in small quantity, the business starts with small orders, and we look forward to more and greater cooperation.

How can I get a quotation? When can I get the quotation?

You can contact us by email to get quotation. Quotation will be offered within 24 hours. It will be more efficient if you tell size, quantity, special requirement.

Which countries are your products exported to?

We have exported furniture hardware to various countries/regions, such as Europe, America, Southeast Asia, Middle East, South Africa, etc. While satisfying our customers' product needs, we will accordingly recommend the hot products in the local market for customers' reference.

What quality certificates do you have?

We have passed ISO9001 quality management system certified in 2000, and our furniture cabinet door hinge products have also passed the test and certification of SGS and ANSI/KCMA. All our products undergo strict quality standard during the whole production.
